3. Payments and Billing
- All prices and packages will be discussed and agreed upon before starting a project.
- We require upfront payment (full or partial) based on project scope unless otherwise agreed.
- Ongoing services like SEO or maintenance are billed monthly or as per the agreed terms.
- Late payments may result in delayed work or suspension of services.
4. Revisions and Approvals
We offer revisions based on the service package chosen. The number of revision rounds will be clearly mentioned in your proposal. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You own the final design, website, or content delivered for your project.
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel the project before we start, a full refund may be issued.
- If work has already started, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed work, delivered digital services, or monthly SEO services.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep our website and services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any temporary downtime or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of business, data, or revenue due to website downtime, SEO fluctuations, or third-party service failures.
- Results that vary from client expectations due to changes in search engine algorithms, hosting performance, or user behavior.
9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Our services may involve third-party tools or plugins (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Yoast SEO). We are not responsible for the performance, updates, or security of third-party software, though we strive to use only trusted providers.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
